4 Ingredient Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana (more brown spots the better)
2 eggs
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 TBS almond milk
Topping Ideas:
Berries
Nut butters (peanut, almond, cashew)
Honey
Jam
Syrup
1. Mash banana with a fork until smooth.
2. Add eggs, cinnamon and almond milk and beat until smooth and creamy.
3. Heat pan on medium heat.
4. Add coconut oil and let melt and heat for 30 seconds. (You can use any oil but coconut oil can handle high heat and tastes delicious with these!)
5. Pour batter until pan and cook until just firm, flip once.
6. Enjoy!
