Edamame Hummus

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups cooked and shelled edamame
4 cloves garlic (I like a lot of garlic, start with 2 and add to taste)
3 TBS tahini
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Juice of 1-2 lemons
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp chili powder
1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until creamy.
2. Serve with chips, veggies, bread and Enjoy!
