Edamame Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups cooked and shelled edamame

  • 4 cloves garlic (I like a lot of garlic, start with 2 and add to taste)

  • 3 TBS tahini

  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Juice of 1-2 lemons

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1/4 tsp chili powder


1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until creamy.

2. Serve with chips, veggies, bread and Enjoy!
